Chuck is Executive Director and Co-Founder of Foundation Capital Management, LLC. Chuck graduated from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA with a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Financial Management. Chuck received his Master of Science degree in Financial Services from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. Chuck has earned the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, administered by the CFA Institute in Charlottesville, VA. The CFA charter is one of the most prestigious credentials among financial professionals, according to a recent survey by Custom Research Inc., of New York.

Chuck has complemented his education in the industry by obtaining his Chartered Financial Consultant designation and his Chartered Life Underwriter designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. He has also obtained his Accredited Tax Preparer designation from the Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation in Alexandria, VA and his Accredited Estate Planner designation from the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils in Cleveland, OH.

Chuck has been in the financial services industry for over 35 years. He is a Registered Representative of Osaic Wealth, Inc.  Chuck is a member of the CFA Institute, the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils, the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia and the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council.

Chuck is interviewed regularly in the financial media and is a frequent contributor on ABC's Action News and the Fox29 News.

In the community, Chuck is Chair of the Board of Trustees at Ancillae Assumpta Academy, a member of the Board of Trustees at Holy Child School at Rosemont and a member of the Board of Trustees Investment Committee at LaSalle College High School.

Chuck lives in Wayne, PA with his wife Betsy and their children, Charlie, Jude and Moira.  When he has spare time, Chuck enjoys spending it with his family, as well as reading and traveling.
 

Mike is President and Co-Founder of Foundation Capital Management, LLC.  Mike graduated from Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Mike received his Master of Science degree in Financial Services from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.

Mike has complemented his education in the industry by obtaining his Chartered Financial Consultant designation and his Chartered Life Underwriter designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. He has also obtained his Accredited Tax Preparer designation from the Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation in Alexandria, VA.

Mike has been in the financial services industry for over 40 years. He is a Registered Representative of Osaic Wealth, Inc.  

In his spare time, Mike enjoys traveling, collecting historical manuscripts and his Chinese Shar-Pei, Blu.  He recently celebrated his 35th wedding anniversary with his wife, Lenamarie.
